How can I finance my transition into senior living?

Real Estate Specialists

If you’re moving into assisted living, you’ll likely have to sell your home. We realize how stressful this can be, especially if you don’t have a lot of prior knowledge about real estate.

We can make the process easier by connecting you with our many highly-experienced real estate professionals who can walk you through the selling process and alleviate any associated stress.

We also offer flexible financing options so you can get the best possible price for your home.

Veterans Aid & Assistance

If you are a veteran, married to a veteran, or your late spouse was a veteran, you may be eligible for an Aid and Attendance benefit up to $2,120 per month from The Department of Veterans Affairs.

We will introduce you to someone who can guide you through the process and paperwork to determine your eligibility.

Life Settlement Solutions

Life settlements can give you the option to sell your life insurance policy for a cash settlement. They are typically a good option if you no longer need your coverage or are having a hard time with the payments. Stronger Living

Stronger Living is a program we offer for all levels of care to enhance your stay with us and optimize your health.

We work with you to design a program unique to your needs. The program often involves exercises and activities designed to improve your strength and balance to minimize falls and hospitalization risks. Stronger Living gives you access to our onsite exercise physiologist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist to keep you physically, mentally, and emotionally fit.
