Kimberly Pessa, CALA is the Director of Community Relations with over 11 years of experience in the senior living industry, including six years with All American Assisted Living. She is passionate about helping families navigate one of life’s most important decisions, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring every person she meets feels supported and valued.
Outside of work, Kimberly is a self-proclaimed “Blondologist,” an enthusiastic matchmaker who has helped bring together 10 couples, and someone who loves making people laugh. Whether at work or at home, she enjoys encouraging others, helping them recognize their potential, and making people feel truly special.
